    1. I don’t want to place my order online, what should I do?

      You can place your order offline by calling our team of trained advisers at 16663 any time between 9 am and 12 pm.

      Alternatively, In&Out Furniture has over 7 stores in Egypt where you can touch and feel our products. Find your nearest showroom (showrooms page)

    2. Are all furniture displayed in your showrooms?

      The majority of our furniture are displayed in store, however to check whether the specific sofa you like is available in your nearst store, please call 16663  available 7 days a week, every day of the year to help.

    3. I am looking for a particular product that is not displayed on your website?

      We always display our full furniture catalogue on our website; unfortunately, if a product is not displayed then it is not available for purchase. However, please do contact us by email at online@inoutfurniture.com , as we are always open to and appreciate your feedback and suggestions.

    1. Will all my items be delivered together?

      In most cases your full order will be delivered in the same time regardless of how many items you order. However, some products are delivered on our behalf by a supplier using specialized transportation, which may require an additional delivery if ordered with another item of furniture.

    2. How much does the delivery of my item (s) cost?

      We offer free delivery services in Cairo, Alexandria,and Hurgada a- places where our showrooms are located. For deliveries to any other location throughout Egypt we charge a delivery fee that varies depending on the distance to the address of your order from our main warehouse located in Cairo.

    3. Delivery date?

      We aim to deliver our products within four to seven days after we receive an order. But this is determined by the availability of products and the destination where they need to be delivered.

    1. What forms of payment are accepted?

      We accept most forms of payment.

      The easiest and fastest form of payment is through our fully automated online credit card processing system.

    1. Are my goods warranted?

      All products sold on this website come with a full 3 years warranty.

    2. I have a concern with my furniture
